Consider this the Reincarnation of the BoEMII Monte Answers
Post your questions here. When Monte has a chance, he will post answers. I will then post them in this topic.
Monte will not be making a BoVD forum. (He mentioned something about there not being any Misc. Monte Projects coming up for a little while).

1. The Disciple of Mephistopheles PrC gains Hellfire Blast at 3rd level. It is once per level per day.
2. Corrupt spells with a duration of "Permenent" deal their corrupt damage at the begining of the casting.
3. Spells such as "Flesh Ripper" that have multiple type compoents such as both "Fiend" & "Undead" requires that the caster be either, not both.
4a. The "Bone" template had CR +1 when the BoVD left Monte's Hands.
4b. The "Corpse" template should say "Feats: As base creature"
5. The Vermin Lord prestige class (pg.74) lists an ability called pincer claws at 8th level, but there is no explanation of it... was this ability removed?
Monte: Hmm. Weird. I guess so.
6. The Thrall of Orcus prestige class's (pg.72) carrion stench ability has a secondary effect that makes them appear undead to non-intelligent undead, but since they have to have the lichloved vile feat, it is redundent. That is how it is supposed to be.
7. The Thrall of Orcus prestige class's (pg.72) Death Touch ability sould be 1/day/class level.
8. The Vile feat Deformity(Eyes) was printed as intended, as seeing invisible things naturally is powerful.
9. The Disciple of Dispater Prestige class is ment to have all three saves as good "ala the Monk".
10. The Disciple of Mammon and the Disciple of Baalzebul are meant to have non-standard base attack bonus progressions.
11. Even subdual Vile damage must be healed normally, even if the creature is a troll or such.
12. Fast healing is thwarted by vile damage even if the creature is on consecrated ground.
13. If a creature resists part of a Violated spell, half of the damage that actually gets through is vile.
14. All the damage incflicted by an Energy Admixtured spell would be affected by Violate Spell feat.
15. In theory, ability damage could be vile.
16. Undead and Objects should treat Vile damage normally (needs magical healing).
17. "[The sidebar in the appendix] means that if a DM wants, a low level somewhat character (who chooses evil) might not register to the power as a born-into-it, inherent evil creature might. It's a suggestion that it's not just level that should play into that. It's playing fast and loose with the rules, though." -Monte
18. Yes, [Mesiphistopholes is] immune to cold. That text, even though it's not technically where it should be, should be considered rules text.
19. The Babau should be medium.
20. When a spell has a corrupt cost, the ability loss is temporary if it says "ability damage". It is permenent if it says "ability drain"
21) In the descriptions of the violate & corrupt spell metamagic feats, the "special" text is an error.
22. One dose of liquid pain per casting of the spell. Permanent just means that the liquid pain can be dispelled.
23)The Summoning Mastery ability of the demonologist says that it applies whenever the Demonologist casts a summon monster spell so I assume that it applies to summon spells cast from the Demonologists non-demonologist spell casting abilities. If that is correct, what should one do if a Wizard 11/Demonologist 9 casts summon monster VI? I'm leaning towards letting this hypothetical character summon 1d3 demons from the summon monster IX list.
Monte: You assume correctly. Your solution is OK. The other way to do it is to just say it only goes to 9.
24. Alcohol [wasn't included because], realistically, doesn't work the way these (mostly fantasy) drugs work. Basically, the recovery time needs to be much quicker, and there is an accumulative factor involved in the effects. You can drink yourself to unconsciousness and recover fully the next day.
25. The soul eater's energy drain is as permanent as any energy drain. DC should be 10 + class level + Cha bonus for the save 24 hours later.
26. The prices of special componets are in proportion to their effects, and priced (where needed) small enough so they do not throw of the treasure of monstersr gaffe. If they are correct, can you explain why?
26. The Thrall to Graz'zt's charm ability is 1/level/day.
28. Repeated Question
29. If someone cast a Stilled Evil Eye (thus a spell with no components) at you, you would just see someone staring malevolently at you.
30. Fiends, etc, in 3rd Edition are no longer banished for so many years from the Prime Material Plane when killed there. Either it ends the summons, or kills them.
31. Vile damage remains if a slain character is not ressurected on holy/consecrated ground. Thus a person killed 100% by Vile damage would instanly be slain if not ressurected on holy/consecrated ground.
32. The table is right (pgs. 41-43) for the damage of generic low-addiciton drugs, not the notes underneath(1d3 Dex).
33. The use of Dark Speech is an extraordinary ability.
34. The ability to cast shriviling mearly requires it to be on your spell list. Besides, didn't you see that spell which lets you have a disease but not suffer its effects?
35. Unanswered due to unknown terminology in the question.
36. A cleric adds corrupt spells to his or her list just like any other spell would be.
37. Any spellcaster can cast a corrupt spell from a scroll or item as if it were on their spell list. This does include spellcasters such as Rangers, Paladins and the like.
