Howdy folks
With due attention paid to calling our spoilers - wondering if any has run this adventure and what worked, what didn't, or what you changed to make it better. Looking to be running it in June and any tips would be appreciated.

FYI: very vanilla D&D - using only the core books so nothing too exotic.
