Does anyone know is that link dead or am I looking in the wrong place? Any help appreciated.

IIRC, the pdf was made available for free download to those who had originally pre-ordered.

My group are starting a new campaign and I'm trying to gather all the Ptolus material I can for it. I guess for $6.oo that's a good deal for the PDF
