I just finished some house cleaning, and am getting ready to go pick up one of my players and carpool to our FLGS for my weekly Arcana Unearthed game. Last
week the group got so large that we had to split into two. Hopefully that means it'll be easier to make progress towards the Ebonring tonight

Today, I visited a friend the hospital and did some yard work. Tonight, my daughter and I are going to Dairy Queen!
Late tonight, I will run some short encounters on NWN2 as a DM. (My first full adventure will take place on Thursday.)

We just bought a new DVD player, as the old one crapped out after 2 years of playing all-night-every-night for the chinchillas.
Measured all the windows in our new house today so we can order our blinds, then went out to Five Guys Burgers & Fries with a friend. If you have one in your city, it's seriously one of the best burger places I've ever been to. Get the cajun spiced fries. We're having another friend over tonight for movies and more burgers! Woo! Also: the wife and I started beta-testing a new MMO, Neosteam, which looks very cute. ^_^

I'm recovering from a gaming hangover, having run a 10 hour Ptolus session wherein my players uncovered and shut down a Gravebloom drug operation, getting
seriously bloody in the process and pissing off the Killraven Crime League to boot! We had an extra long session since I'll be traveling most of the month
of June.
Just finished reading the first Gabriel Hunt adventure novel (stories in the vein of Indy Jones and the old pulp adventures). It was okay, but nothing to rush out for although I'll give the next couple of novels in the series a try before issuing a final verdict. This is a venture from the same people from Hard Case Crime (who publish a mix of old hard boiled detective novels and newer work from the best in the business and which I urge y'all to rush out and pick up!), and I figure they deserve a chance based on their work so far. The plot was fairly simplistic and I was hoping for something with a little more oomph! We shall see... |

Chinchillas are crazy active little rodents, and also nocturnal, which is precisely the time that we can't provide stimulation to them. Without something
interesting to do, they'll just chew all their fur off. So yeah, I think most chinchillas watch TV (at least those owned by responsible people, I guess).
Ours prefer cartoons. They also watch while we are playing video games! They have a special "watchin' TV" corner in their cage.

trying to Balance a few diffferent things (and being here is me procrastinating):
1. I run a couple of things and MC aspects of a fundraiser this coming July that Wawa does for Variety. I run the treasure hunt for the kids plus MC the big director challenge (we take the bosses and make them jump through hoops for the amusement of the masses). 2. Organizing the invitations that go out for the annual family reunion. 3. Prepare for a journey to the Face this weekend. It's particularly important for me because I am one of the GMs for the big 3 day event labor day weekend and we have some stories going in for some exposition (more of "story thus far") type stuff.

I made what I would consider the worst pressure cooked pot roast I have ever eaten. Everyone else said they loved it, the liars.
Did laundry, yard work, and house chores before shooting it up in cod: world at war. I did read a few entries in Dungeon Denizens Revisited, and it may be my favorite Paizo book so far. I still have the replacement for the manual of the planes left though...hoping.

Worked on my final paper for psych and final assignment for math, in-between playing InFamous on my PS3; InFamous is a fine game, easily as good as Fallout 3
and is an excellent exclusive to the PS3. I'm so excited for PaizoCon, too.

Currently looking for apartments in Erie. Got fingerprinted earlier today. As someone who is trained to take and classify fingerprints, I was not impressed
with the service but it was cheap.
