Mmm forgot 4e as an obvious choice. Consider it to be "Other" as well!

3.5 (my vote) but I have a character playing an Unfettered.

I used 3.5 in my game. I might be starting another Ptolus campaign and this would also be using 3.5 with the Eldritch Might books to supplement the game.
I have a cunning plan my lord...

We are using AE. We asked about BoXM, but the DM didn't want to completely retool his game mid-campaign. I think that was smart on his part.
Lands of the Jade Oath. Coming soon from Rite Publishing. Beware the Bakemono. |

The spellcasters are a psion/pyrokineticist and a favored soul, so I think I will leave the spells/disciplines the way it is. |

Other : RMFRP
If I were to DM it, I would probably use a house-ruled AE, though. Chacal |

4E. The book converts quite well, since, IMO, the strength of the book lies in the history/flavor/NPCs/adventure sites of the setting rather than the rules.

When I run it, I'll be running Pathfinder + the various Malhavoc supplements: BoRL, CBoEM, and BoHM. Of those, unfortunately, I only have CBoEM right now.
If I ever pick up CBoXM, I may consider some of those rules as well.

When/if I ever run Ptolus its going to be a bizarre brew of Pathfinder and BoXM. Though, one of my players has the AE book, so, I might flip through it and
attempt and AE/BoXM hybrid.
The only thing I haven't messed with from BoXM is the spell progression levels. Yes, I realize this is a major component, but I'm far too crappy a DM to retool all that. Oh, and I might have allowed a few too many splatbooks to have spells drawn from. -8 modifier to crunch-fu |

I had to go with "other". I mostly stick with 3.5 but I've added elements of AE, BoXM, and some homebrew stuff. I've looked Pathfinder over
and chosen not to go with it.
I allow AE classes as long as they generally use AE rules. Except where AE contradicts 3.5 (like stacking Keen and Improved Crit). The fact that I change my mind alot keeps me squarely in the "other" category. |
