I wouldn't worry about giving it any "psionics" in the sense of powers. That can simply be a special effect of the Su/PLA abilities you give them. If you give them powers, especially with no psionic prereq, there's all the issues with manifester levels, and building up power points, and all the issues related to having pathetically low manifester level. But with psionics, there's a potentially even nastier aspect: sounds like most of these things wouldn't scale. Assuming this is a 10-level PrC, and with bonus PPs, these guys could build up to a pretty good PP reserve. If so, then remember: their 1st and 2nd level abilities are gonna be usable a LOT.

You may be able to build scaling into the powers, by having them affect larger areas and the like, but it might still be simpler to build up a nice set of abilities (to give the class choices) and let things go at that.

Erase Evidence doesn't feel like Genesis, which is IMO excessive anyway. PAO would do the job...and let's face it, that's bad enough. Alternately, a Disintegrating Touch might do the trick...especially if you let it be a touch attack power as well. You did say you wanted them to be nasty..... Say, 1d6 per class level damage on a failed save (unattended items get no save), and...I dunno, 1 point per level if the save succeeds?

Note that this might allow at least 2 evidence-removal powers. Disint Touch can take out most small items; hardness would apply, but they won't have many hit points. Another power could clean up an area...wipe out footprints, clean up blood stains, that kind of thing. If you throw in nice little side effects like...well the poison was in the wine, and this effect gets rid of the wine residue, and the poison residue along with it...hey, this is useful.

And as indirectly mentioned: I could see at least 2 paths in this class. The infernal allies and perhaps planar contact become part of the Enforcement arm; evidence erasure is the specialized job of the Clean-up arm. I bring it up because it might be necessary to do a split like this, to avoid making the class overly powerful. Note, too, that you can tweak the prereqs, especially the skill prereqs, with this separation. You can keep the structure: 3 skills at 10 ranks, 3 skills at 5 ranks, but vary the skills listed under each a bit. I'd also narrow down the Skill Focus to be in one of the skills that you require the 10 ranks.
