Articles like this also provide good food for thought for how to make modifications to class in general.
With 4e class design, it's easier to judge what is too good, not good enough, or just right.

That's a good article. Even though I'm not enamored of 4E, I'm watching all the developments closely. The article would be very helpful, even if
you don't plan to convert your 3E characters. It will help you understand some of the design decisions behind 4E.
