Wounderous Wondrous Items have always been my favorites in D&D as they do nifty things that can be used creatively. I love the problem solving with magic aspects of D&D, not just the action. In my book, +2 swords aren't as fun as +1 flaming swords, which aren't as fun as a Robe of Useful Things.
Some things of note:
Portable holes aren't for holding things, they are for throwing down a pit trap. You can't fold one up if it has anything in it.
The Revenant Ankh is a nifty item for when players die in combat, but you can still let them contribute to the battle instead of sit it out.
It's not D&D without a Handy Haversack.
Everlasting Provisions in basket form seems some how cartoonish. I expect Yogi Bear to try and steal it. Simply thinking of it as self filling cooking pot works fine.
I wish there were more here... I guess we'll see more in an add-on book (Adventurer's Vault isn't it?)
