It seems the only updaters are PC .exe files.
Am I out of luck?
Is this the price I pay for my choice of platform?
Admittedly, I do have a PC, but I only use it for PC games, I do all my actual work on a Mac.

I am a Mac user and would like to update my copies of Mindscapes and If Thoughts Could Kill.

If you bought it from RPG now you should be able to download the updated versions for free.

The reason there are no patches for Macintosh systems, is because I can find no reliable, free software to make the patches with.
If anyone can point me to some such software (I have had no luck finding any, myself), I would be happy to try it out. --Al V. Card "It's true hard work never killed anybody, but I figure, why take the chance?" --Ronald Reagan |

Me too. I had to transfer my PDFs over to the PC, patch 'em, then move 'em back to my Mac. As for reliable, free PDF patcher for Mac... I'll look into it... |

Don't know if anyone still pays attention to these forums, but there is NOW a mac program which should do the same thing...

Thanks.
We don't even make the patches available at all anymore (Mac or PC), though. Just too much time has passed at this point. |
