Can a Berserker gain tokens in the Gladiator pool while charging the Fury pool (obviously not from fallen party members and suffer attack 
)?
The reasoning is the wording of the Gladiator mastery 1 indicates that an individual can psyc themselves up as the same ways as a Berserker Stoke fury.

No character can use the same (active) action to charge more than one token pool. This is covered in the FAQ.
If the character has sufficient actions then they may charge multiple token pools in the same round.
If I so felt like it, I could allow players to be a 1st level Fighter with 10 feats, 3000 hit points, TWF with 20 foot long Greatswords that have a reach and
threatened area of 4 squares in every direction. -- igavskoga

Actually, by the RAW I thought they couldn't, but it's a very common house rule to allow one pool-generating action per action type and per pool.

To quote the FAQ

I guess I missed it in the Battle box FAQ. I'll have to remind the player to pick either to load up on either gladiator or fury then bashing his shield
against his head.

Or just make sure that there's always a crowd around to cheer.

LOL. Yeah build up his wealth pool, so he can hire a travelling cheering squad. Really build up his fury tokens when the dragon starts eating them
 .

Yeah, the FAQ entry is a bit excessive. Just explicitly plug the "free action" hole and you're fine - there's no need to prevent someone from
using their other actions together, because they have a limited supply.
