I've looked, but haven't been able to find an answer as to whether I can update my old PDF books on my Mac. I purchased updates for Hallowed Might and
If Thoughts Could Kill, only to find out that the files I downloaded were .exe files. Is there a solution available? I didn't see any mention that the
updates were windows only.

Mac usable 3.5 updates for existing PDF's?

The .exe files are self extracting executables written for Windows. Obviously you just need the contents. Ctrl-Click (or right click) on the exe and "open
with" Stuffit Expander.
If that don't work you can always buy a copy of File Juicer, for when companies do silly things like that. Although, why anyone would create a file that is cross-platform (like a pdf) and then archive it in a proprietary format is beyond reasoning. There is no possible reason why the file can't just be distributed as a standard .zip. |

I believe there is a free mac app which now does the same thing for making patches...
