What I found potentially disturbing is this comment I found on the RPGnet forums.
In the publisher courtesy call, Scott Rouse and Bill Slavicek made it explicitly clear that products released to support Dungeons & Dragons. The OGL is tied to D&D to support D&D. When asked specifically about developing games (Mutants & Masterminds and Spycraft were specific examples) we were told that unless it requires the use/purchase of a 4E PHB, it's a no-go. We were also told the new OGL will contain a community standards clause, other "enforceability clauses" and a "termination clause".

So from the sound of it, you could not create Iron Heroes 2.0 under the new OGL as it does not directly support Dungeons & Dragons. I hope I'm wrong and if so, I hope Crow can chime in to clarify it...
