Is there a table anywhere that specifies exactly which weapon types have wooden or metal hafts? This is important for Sunder attempts due to the hardness
difference. My opinion would be to sort it by weapon type as shown below, but if there's a definite answer somewhere else I'd use that:
Wooden: Cudgel (club) or (hammer) Pick Polearm Spear Axe Metal: Cudgel (mace) Flail |

I don't think I've ever seen a definitive table anywhere, to be honest. Your choices seem pretty sane as a whole.

There is no definitive table, except perhaps in some 3rd party product. I agree with raleel, though - you list seems sane enough. I might push the larger axes
into the metal hafted category, though.

I don't know, I'd push the larger axes into the wood category. Can you imagine having a huge shaft like that, and having it be made of metal? Then
again, you could go either way, because often the larger polearms had metal backing tacked on to prevent breakage.
Other than that, yeah, just use your best judgement. That list seems good.

I believe warhammers historically would have a metal shaft. If we close our eyes to that issue, the categories look good.
The scythe, which isn't in any of the categories, would also have a wooden shaft.

FYI: I've updated the FAQ site with Ralzakark1's categories, except that I've moved hammers into the metal haft section. I know warhammers should
be in this group, and I am more comfortable giving the other hammers a little boost they might not deserve than I am in making warhammers as brittle as clubs
