Depends on the kind of style. Making daggers appear and disappear would certainly be sleight of hand. Juggling, probably so. Sword-swallowing, dagger tossing (at a target), and doing flourishes would not be under sleight of hand IMO. Perform, to make them ...

I'd allow Sleight of Hand to be used as a Perform substitute in some cases, though I don't know if I would allow 'weapon display' to be one of those cases. I would allow a base attack check in place of perform (weapon display), though.

Having said that, I don't think it's a gamebreaker if you allow the player to use the feat this way, but I'd make it clear that the penalty persists after even the shield bonus disappears. So if a player has a 20 Def, +5 of which comes from the shield, ...

Yes. The Shield Mastery bonus only applies when you gain a defense bonus from using the shield, so any cumulative bonuses from mastery disappear whenever you lose the bonus from your buckler. As for Improved Shield Bash 7, I'd say it doesn't apply. You ...

There was a time when i was going to put together an Iron Wu-Xia system. Similar to Lands of the Jade Oath, but for Iron Heroes. Iron Heroes was the first system I could see doing that in. Maybe I'll go back and revisit that.
