1. I see no options for dealing with Elites, Minions, or Solo monsters. I immediately noticed this because I wanted to make a minor archfey, and figured he should be a Solo.
2. The builder handles only Standard Actions. There is no option for making effects that are Minor Actions, Move Actions, Triggered Actions, etc. I noticed this when trying to make a power that activates when the creature becomes bloodied.
   
3. The builder handles the Perception skill well, but presents no option for dealing with other skills. You must do the math yourself. Not only that, but the field presented for inserting skills is far too limited. I intended for my Arch-Fey to have a collection of skills useful for hunting (Stealth, athletics, endurance), negotiating (insight, diplomacy, intimidation), and representing a long life (history), etc... and found the field was limited in length so I could not put all of them in (I eventually downgraded to just 2 skills that were most directly useful to the character.)

Culhoch the Hunter

A huge fey, with the antlers atop his head stands before you. His beard is almost more vines then hair, and his lower legs are like that of a stag or satyr. He has a massive bow across his back, and a carries a long spear.

Hunter's Goring Charge (standard; recharge 6)

+28 vs Fortitude; 5d10 + 9 damage Power must be used as part of a Charge. Hit: Target is knocked Prone.

Culhoch the Hunter Tactics

Culhoch prefers to stalk his prey, waiting for the right time to strike. When the time comes he leaps into the frey, seeking to take the most dangerous of his targets in a direct fight.

Arcana 20: Culhoch is a minor Arch Fey known as The Great Hunter.
Arcana 25: Culhoch hunts a great beast across the feywild, and thus his court is a mobile set of pavilions that attracts many great hunters.
Arcana 30: For hunters seeking to join him, Culhoch has been known to offer up challenges, tests, and competitions.
Arcana or History 35: Culhoch has hunted the same terrible beast for more then an age. Each time he catches up with it, a terrible battle ensues, and both hunter and prey separate to nurse their wounds.
