Apparently, lulu.com's copy of the file has become corrupted. We're working to get it fixed.
In the meantime, you can still get the PDF from dtrpg, and Fiery Dragon have a small supply of hard copy books (soft covers, I believe, though they may have a few hard covers left).

I just want to put a simple not here: I love my printed copy of IHR. It was my very first order at Lulu, and I payed an arm and a leg for the shipping to
Canada, but I sure am happy with the results (got the Companion printed there too).

The text at the bottom of page 3 of the PDF should say somewhere "The original purchaser may print or photocopy copies for his or her own personal use
only".
So as long as you bought a legit copy of the PDF, using printme1 to make a hard copy for yourself is perfectly OK
