			<description><![CDATA[ +4 initiative circumstance bonus for intiating action.<br><br>During role-play where people aren't actively fighting, if/when a player/NPC declares an action that spawns the flurry of other actions, I provide the initiator a +4 circumstance bonus to initiative.  Anyone who indicates that they are preparing for an inevitable conflict gets the bonus as well. I hate the idea that if I move away from someone that they automatically get to swing at me, in addition to their own action.<br><br>Solution for me? I created an attack of opportunity check. 			<description><![CDATA[ I'm a little curious why warforged are LA +1, they didn't seem all that great to me (though it has been a bit since I have seen their stats, and could be misremembering).<br><br>I'm also curious why [sonic] spells do less damage (then again, I wondered that for the RAW psychic powers as well). Is it because it is less resisted?<br><br>The last question was about the new persistent spell, it seems like it would allow certain spells to be more easily abusable, which was what you were trying to... ]]></description>
