I am not sure what you mean by vague? at its most basic, its a +5 speed weapon with a triggered supernatural effect that when your damaged by it your cursed. The Curse is to say and do exactly what the person closest to you does and says. Hope that helps.

Definitely a cool monster. The only ability that seems a little vague is the horn of penance. I think it would be hard for some to figure out exactly what the effect causes.

Also, for the confusion effect of the poison, how long does that effect last?

Prohibitis (lesser) is the spell treasury word for dimensional anchor

The condition is Confused as per the SRD not the spell confusion,

Remove curse could or could not work depending on the GM, I left it up to DM discression, in my game only an erase works. Its listed as a curse-effect, so he could rule that...

Here's where I wish I had experience DMing at that level to offer keener insight.

Neat illo. Like a snake narwhal.

The name seems a tad of a tongue-twister, but cool.

If erase will work, how about remove curse (simple 4)? It's not likely to be prepared, but it could be accessed.

Sighting the Mark is awesome. I like that ability a lot.

Thanks I appreciate you taking the time to look at it, I am thinking that when we release the book we will do a web enhancement, with a juvenille/lesser version as well.

The ritual was something I struggled with as a designer, but rituals and ceremonies always evolve and change

That's a nasty creature. I'm not too sure about the ritual to summon them, but thats something I could easily adjust to my campaign. I'm looking forward to buying the book. It's about time that I surprise my players with unknown AE creatures!
