players has basically said that we&#39;re not using passive perception, and nobody else really cared so we don&#39;t play with that at all. But the problem is

			<description><![CDATA[ So, the idea I have, is to create the true Swordsman&#39;s Blade...that is, it has no &#39;magic&#39; about it, other than its enhancement bonus, but is
renowned for its killing ability.  A vorpal blade is close...there&#39;s no electrical or fire damage, and the property can be justified completely
non-magically.  The daily power is somewhat more ambiguous, tho, since it is only once per day.  I don&#39;t want this to have *any* limited-use power.

class.

Big news: The class doesn&#39;t have encounter powers.  Instead you get power points that can be used to enhance your at-will powers into encounter powers. 
You also get new at-will powers at a regular progression.
