			<description><![CDATA[ I made a couple of <em>Flaming Sphere</em> minis, and now that I have them I want to use them.  An upcoming game of mine will be a conversion of an 1e module,
and there is an NPC Fighter/Mage that seems like a good candidate.  (I play pretty fast and loose with module conversions, figuring that preserving the intent
of the encounters is more important than trying to directly translate the rules.)

to figure out how on God&#39;s green earth it&#39;s a 5th level spell. It summons 3-6, CR 3 creatures that <strong>do not move</strong>. Essentially, it&#39;s
a shapable AoE spell that covers 12-24 connected squares that deals 2d6 damage per round to those squares. Except that the damage is only dealt once per round,

			<description><![CDATA[ There&#39;s a PC in my campaign with both of these items.  Quick description is the helm lets you teleport, the blindfold gives you blindsight 30 ft. and
protects against gaze attacks.

What he wants to do is wear the blindfold like a bandanna underneath his helm of teleportation.  Then he can pull it down over his eyes as a move action
whenever he wants to.

			<description><![CDATA[ An intelligent magic item can attempt to control it&#39;s possessor. If the item wins, it can make the possessor do certain things (Dmg271). What happens if
the item loses? The top of page 271 says &quot;Items with personalities are never totally controlled&quot; - which seems to me that there is no effect if the
item loses this ego roll -- it can withhold it&#39;s powers, complain bitterly, use telepathy to encourage others to kill the possessor, etc.? Or does the item

			<description><![CDATA[ One of my players has the Alienist PrC. I actually looked at how the Pseudonatural Summoning ability works, and well, frankly, it blows.

For those not informed, the Alienst casts <em>summon monster</em> spells, but instead of the Fiendish or Celestial template, gets to apply the Pseudonatural
template. The Pseu-template grants a 1/day, free action <em>True Strike</em> (versus the Fiendish/Celestial Smite), but otherwise follows the same progression
