I have fallen on hard times and would like to sell my copy of Ptolus, I have a signed copy with a little drawing of the Galchutt. I am asking $100 and will pay for shipping from that price. Please let me know and thanks, I hate to have to do this. If you have any questions about trust, I sold an extra copy I had 3ish years ago to Valmiras so he can vouch for me. Hydro's Pathfinder Stats: Elves

As an exercise in contrast (and, again, taking some liberties), I've given the shoal elf features to reinforce the importance of dreams in their culture, while conversely giving racial features that explicitly take that away from the harrow. I'm kinda happy with how it looks so far and want to try it in play.

Harrow Elves have been mostly rewritten (with the LA dropped and the major spell-likes regulated to feats). I've also (kind of) made them the "smart wizard...

I'll be upfront, these "conversions" were more an excuse to tinker than anything else. For instance, I probably could have just used 3.P stats as-is for Stonelost.
I've also taken occasional liberties with the setting for my own game (for instance, the big book explicitly states that stonelost are excellent craftsmen, but in Pathfinder (for some reason) dwarfs lose their bonuses to craft checks and only gain bonuses when recognizing craftsmanship, as if they've...

Damn shame I didn't actually hear about this product/setting when it was still in development. Bad writer! Learn to advertise!

That said, I really the book, and the entire setting is fairly well done. I was fortunate enough to snag a copy for a fairly decent price (second hand, good condition, all goodies intact) off amazon and I've spent the past week going over it bow to stern. solid design, some amazing level of detail and plenty of things there to build on.

Hi, I haven't had a chance to read Ptolus, but I do have the players' guide. I was wondering if the campaign setting contains the kind of city entry I've seen for many other settings, in which the name of the city is followed by a description (town, village, metropolis, etc.), the alignment, the GP limit and the assets, then the demographics in general. I'm really curious as to the size (population wise) and gp limits.

Soulshades - LA+1?

On pages 66-67 of the Secrets of the Delvers' Guild pdf, there's a template called the soulshade. It's listed as LA+1. Is this true?

This template gives improved speed and senses, better attack and defense, a spell-like ability, immunities, and DR, along with a +4 total adjustment of ability scores and a nice racial bonus to Hide checks. Is this really all balanced out by a LA+1 and "bright light weakness"?

I could easily see this template applied...
